Welcome to Melori Music ("we," "us," "our"), operated at melorimusic.org and as a mobile application. By accessing or using the Melori Music Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Accounts

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information when registering. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at karlrayphotography@gmail.com.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Melori Music offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are final unless required by law.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, and content on Melori Music is owned by the respective artists or Melori Music Platform. You may stream and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content
• Remove copyright or attribution notices
• Use automated tools to bulk-download content
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

4. Artist Memberships

Artist members may upload their own original music and content. By uploading, you grant Melori Music a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and stream your content on the platform. You retain full ownership of your music. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Melori Music to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for spam or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Melori Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any artist content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melori Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
